[FIX][I3] Change xautolock mouse corner handling
It will lock five seconds after putting the cursor in the upper left
corner, and will not ever lock if the mouse is in the lower right
corner.

[ADD] Dunst mostly-default configuration file
Dunst is great minimalistic notification daemon. The default config
looks pretty great so I see no need to modify it.
