[UPDATE][I3] Make rofi use dmenu skin

I wanted the launcher to take the same size as my previous dmenu
launcher when invoked with `mod+d` or `mod+Shift+d` instead of my usual
rofi theme.

The default dmenu theme is too big so I adapted it for my needs.
